To find your microwave’s wattage, look at the front panel, the side of the door, in the back, in the user manual, or Google the model number. If both an input and output wattage are listed, use the output.

Wattage translates to how powerful the microwave is. The higher the wattage, the faster your food will cook. The lower the wattage, the longer the cook time.

When in doubt, start with less time — you can always add more.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until a smooth batter is formed. Clean the sides of the Anyday with a spatula.
  3. Cook uncovered for 1-2 minutes or until the surface is cooked and not shiny. Note: Start with 1 minute and add more time if needed.
  4. Allow the brownie to fully cool before cutting.

From mix:

  1. Mix the Renewal Mill Dark Chocolate Brownie with milk and stir to combine.
  2. Cook uncovered for 1-2 minutes or until the brownie looks spongy and bubbly on the top.

Serving suggestions & tips

  • Sprinkle your favorite candy, nuts, or pretzels over the top.
  • Swirl melted white chocolate into the top of the brownie and add dehydrated raspberries or strawberries.

Recipe notes

  • For better results, mix the batter in a separate bowl, spray the Anyday with vegetable spray, and pour the batter in it before cooking.
  • For a boxed mix, follow the instructions on the back of the box and pour the batter into the Anyday: For Large Shallow:  Cook in the microwave for 4-5 minutes.  For Medium Shallow: Split batter between two Medium Shallow Anyday dishes and cook in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.  For Small Dishes: Divide batter among four Small Dishes and cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes each.
  • Microwave ovens vary, even with the same wattages. Adjust cooking times as needed.
